An update on the Croydon cladding case: Leaseholders have been asked to stump up £500,000 to pay for the replacement of unsafe cladding. Tenants had no part in the process of the initial cladding system being put up, but are being asked to pay to fix the mess caused jointly by the multi-million pound building owner, Vincent Tchenguiz, negligent PFI contractors, and the insidious plastics-insulation lobby.

This ruling sets a dangerous precedent for leaseholders up and down the country. Solidarity with Croydon. #fireandcold
