A video of the lively action on Saturday outside Barclays in Lord St., Liverpool, taken in support and solidarity both with the protectors at Kirby Misperton (where it seems that Third Energy have finally been sent packing) and our own two activists in Liverpool arrested on December 2nd. They are up in court tomorrow charged with the ‘criminal damage’, when the bank’s windows were graffitied. * Hoping for, and expecting, an adjournment!

*Note that the two activists were accused of causing £60 worth of damage to the bank’s windows with wipe-off chalk spray, despite it being removable in a matter of minutes with a damp cloth. After this initial appearance, it is understood that a robust defence of their action will be offered at a later hearing. Watch this space!
