If you took out an interest only mortgage after 30th October 2004 you may be entitled to claim for compensation!

Many brokers advised clients to take out interest only mortgages without properly considering if the product was right for their clients needs and financial circumstances. In many instances this meant a bigger commission for the broker.

Unfortunately this has left nearly 2 million people repaying a mortgage that was inappropriate and unaffordable, many of which have no prospect of paying off the final mortgage repayment after years of interest payments, or may be in danger of having their home repossessed!

If you took out an interest only mortgage after 30th October 2004 you may be due compensation!

If you want to make a claim, or are unsure if you may have a possible claim, please fill in our initial online assessment form and you will know in minutes if we think you are due compensation!

Our services are all ‘NO WIN, NO FEE’ so you will never be charged unless your claim is successful and you receive compensation. You have nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain!
